Our Story

In 2012 Rob started his property career in the property investment space. Here he helped clients with their wealth planning and chain reaction property strategies. He then moved to the first home buyer space which jumped out to him. He loved it and helped well over 200 people through the finance & building process into their new homes. In 2015 Rob was offered the opportunity to manage Crown Construction Group, which was an opportunity to grow his skill set.

CCG is builder brokerage company which deals with over a dozen different building partners which all specialise in different fields of construction. Projects here would range from subdivision builds, luxury homes, apartments complexes, shop & office fit outs, Commercial and Industrial projects.

His role here was to manage a team whom helped clients through the design process which would then be tendered by building partners. He also travelled internationally
multiple times to deliver property seminars in partnership with the Real Estate institute of China.

Jason Burns

NDIS & Development Specialist

With over 25 years in the residential building industry, in more recent years Jason has become an NDIS & Development specialist with ABN group.

His network of SIL providers, builders and support services play an essential role that brings all parties together in unison.

His experience in building new SDA Accredited housing, understanding of Assistive Technologies and overview of the entire SDA process provides a natural pathway to tenant for prospective accommodation providers and
private investors.

Kerry Warburton

Partnerships & Marketing

With a diverse and extensive background in management, marketing and business operations, Kerry brings a wealth of experience to our team.

She oversees Verity’s NDIS Registration and Compliance to ensure the rights and quality of service provision to our NDIS Participants.

Kerry also nurtures our partnership relationships and manages ongoing marketing activities.

Adam Burstein

Finance Broker

Adam has achieved over $260m in settled loans resulting in Top 3 Nationally in 2019 (Plan Australia results).

He is a MFAA approved Broker and holds a Diploma of Financial Services and a Certificate IV in Finance Broking. Adam specialises in all areas of residential lending, with extensive experience in both the owner occupied and investment property markets. Mitch Garbutt

SDA Provider Partner

Mitch has an extensive range of experience in the Western Australian property market, from residential building to large investment development projects.

As the co owner of Verity Group Australia Mitch and the property management team manage and maintain all of Verity groups SDA listings.

His large network of investors, financial advisors and business partners enhances Verity Group Australia’s central role in the SDA model.

Rex Butler

Property Investment Specialist

Rex started his career in the property industry in 2009. He focused on the property investment space, here he helped his clients with strategic planning, tax reduction strategies and purchasing investment properties.

In 2017 he moved his interest into the property
development space and also built string relationships with building partners across Australia.
